After a few visits I can say I am always happy with the result and she understands what I want without me having to give precise instructions (that I cannot give as I have no idea how to achieve what I want). She is also a very warm person and made it easy for me, who stresses about going to new hairdressers. I don’t speak Icelandic or Spanish, but we still easily communicate and have fun chats when in the mood. Overall just an extremely pleasant experience :)”

“Excellent experience. I was in Iceland when I learned I would need to travel directly to a publicity event after my trip, and my hair was in rough shape. After some research I selected Leticia’s salon for a hair trim, and I’m glad I did. She was able to get me in quickly and was a true professional, giving me exactly the cut I wanted and deep-conditioning my hair as well. Although I am primarily an English speaker we were able to communicate just fine in my rusty high school Spanish with a little help from Google Translate. Her shop is also very calming and has a welcoming atmosphere. (To find it, you go through the automatic doors of the restaurant facing the street, there is a hall at the back).”
